We’ve talked about the unparalleled excellence of Made in Italy leather goods before when we introduced you to Elena Lera and Italianbagsonline.

Today we take you on a journey to Tolentino in the Marches region, a land of great craftsmen and sophisticated leather production. We share with you the story of two young designers that have challenged the rules of local tradition and brought a breath of fresh air to leather goods design.

Meet Paolo Montecchiari and Nicola Capradossi, the founders of the brand Kazed. At 29 and 32 years old, Paolo and Nicola are what we hope for the next generation of Made in Italy. Kazed is an innovative project in the leather goods sector. It is a modular system for cases, bags, briefcases, backpacks, and wallets, all multi-use, very convenient, and covered by trademarks and company patents.

Basically, you can adapt these bags to any occasion with various inserts and pockets that are interchangeable as needed and help you to carry everything.

Kazed is made up of modular containers that are held in place with a system of high powered magnets. This allows you to move them around, take them out, or add in additional internal accessories: the bag itself becomes a mere container whose function is determined, time by time, by the accessories in use.

The magnet system prevents problems of wear and tear more effectively than other coupling mechanisms such as clips, or straps. Each magnet is shielded with a particular material used in aerospace that prevents interference with magnetic cards (ATMs, credit cards, etc.) and electronic devices.

The customer receives a product that can adapt to their lifestyle over time according to their daily activities, and needs.

Kazed bags are produced Made in Italy using textured and smooth leather, as well as beautiful suede for the lining. All products are designed, prototyped and manufactured in Tolentino (MC).
